AI GTM Engineer

📍 Remote💼 Full Time

We are seeking a high-leverage, builder-minded GTM AI Engineer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, and modern Go-To-Market strategy.

In this role, you won't just be maintaining systems—you will design, build, and deploy custom AI agents, automated workflows, and intelligent software solutions that directly supercharge our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations. You will turn cutting-edge LLMs and automation frameworks into a scalable revenue engine.

Why this role exists: Traditional RevOps relies on static rules and rigid automation. We are building an AI-native GTM motion where custom LLM pipelines, autonomous agents, and dynamic data enrichment drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

AI Systems & Workflow Engineering

  • Build AI Agents & Pipelines: Architect, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, meeting preparation, intent tracking, and churn detection.
  • Systems Integration: Seamlessly integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks into our modern GTM tech stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gong, Slack, etc.).
  • Data Enrichment & Scraping: Build custom scrapers, API integrations, and data pipelines to extract and synthesize rich buyer signals from across the web.
  • Internal Copilots & Tooling: Develop custom internal tools, web apps, or Slack bots to assist Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) with research, proposal generation, and automated follow-ups.

Performance & Optimization

  • Prompt Engineering & Evaluation: Continuously evaluate, benchmark, and refine prompts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups, and multi-step agent logic for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Reliability & Edge Cases: Implement robust error handling, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop validation processes to ensure AI-generated output is accurate and trustworthy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Work directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to map out high-friction operational bottlenecks and solve them with software.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Turn loose ideas into working MVPs in days, iterate quickly based on team feedback, and scale what works.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and deploying production applications or AI tools.
  • Core Technical Stack: (1) Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript / Node.js (2) Deep experience with LLM APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate), and framework ecosystems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar), and (3) Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and backend system architecture.
  • GTM & RevOps Literacy: Strong understanding of standard B2B GTM processes (e.g., outbound sequences, ICP scoring, inbound routing, pipeline velocity).
  • Hands-on Automation Tools: Experience or familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, Apollo, or PhantomBuster.
  • Mindset: Pragmatic, product-minded builder who prioritizes shipping ROI-generating tools over theoretical perfection.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience as a Growth Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or Founder/Indie Hacker.
  • Experience with web scraping frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer, BeautifulSoup) and browser automation.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (LangSmith, Braintrust) or model fine-tuning.
  • Basic frontend skills (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) to quickly spin up internal UI tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonuses/equity package.
  • Flexible working environment ([Remote / Flexible hours]).
  • Top-tier hardware setup and generous budgets for AI software, API usage, and tech subscriptions.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Direct influence over company growth and the opportunity to define an emerging, high-impact domain.
